DEALERS TERMS & CONDITIONS

We welcome discount pricing to authorized retailers, interior designers and interior decorators who have contacted us and provided us with the required information.

Contact us by e-mail at info@motokoart.com .  At that time, please provide us with a  valid business number in the name of the applicant together with a brief description of your business.

We will reply to your request and at that time, we will also ask that you fax copies of the following supporting documentation to us at 1-604-883-9367

One of the following:
• Your business license, incorporation certificate, or provincial/state/federal business number registration.
• Your yellow-page ad.
• A copy of your letterhead or business card.
• A wholesale or retail invoice bearing your company name

Once your documentation has been received and approved, we will send you an e-mail together with a list of art and your discount rate.  Please see our on-line art boutique for product photos and retail pricing.

Resellers selling our art on a webpage are required to receive our permission before displaying the images and must not resell for more than our gallery prices without prior approval.

All orders are to be placed by e-mail or fax, rather than through the on-line store.  The first order will be shipped once payment is cleared, with all subsequent orders shipped immediately provided the invoice is paid by cheque within 30 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse business with anyone unwilling to honour these terms.
